About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Media Investments to lead the strategic, financial, and operational management of its media investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency and impact of every Ad Fund dollar across various channels. This role involves owning the media investment strategy, defining the channel mix, allocation, and flighting for national, regional, and local campaigns. The VP will also lead the relationship with the media agency of record, ensuring rigorous planning, buying, and measurement practices. A key aspect of the role is to work closely with the VP of Integrated Marketing to align channel and creative strategies, driving Cars Per Day and brand health. The VP will be expected to refine and grow a best-in‑class media team and serve as a senior advisor to the CMO and executive leadership.

Candidates for the VP of Media Investments position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in media planning and buying, with a proven track record of leading large-scale media investments with measurable ROI. Strong skills in MMM, attribution models, and performance dashboards are essential. The role requires a leader with a strong command of digital marketing, including SEM, paid social, CTV, and emerging platforms. Experience in a multi‑unit or franchise environment and a background in financial stewardship, including forecasting and tracking spend, are highly valued. The VP will be expected to build, mentor, and manage a small in‑house media team, and to present investment strategies and performance to various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
