As a Marketing Manager in our US Orthopaedics division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial strategies that drive growth across our product portfolio. This evergreen requisition is designed to build a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities in our marketing team. Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies to support product launches, customer engagement, and sustained revenue growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Medical Education, and Sales Training teams. Provide product and technical support to internal stakeholders and field teams. Lead go-to-market planning including promotions, digital campaigns, medical education, and inventory coordination. Partner with upstream marketing and sales leadership to develop tools, resources, and reference sites. Represent Smith+Nephew at industry events, customer meetings, and internal strategic gatherings. What Will You Need To Be Successful?
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within orthopaedics or medical devices. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or specialization in healthcare marketing is a plus. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization. Experience in capital equipment marketing and go-to-market planning. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. Preferred Locations:
