Job Description As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the Olympic Sales Marketing Group in planning, executing, and measuring 360‑degree marketing programs that drive revenue and brand activation for NBCUniversal and the Olympic Games.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, management, research, production, legal) to secure approvals for marketing opportunities.

Build relationships with external clients such as advertisers and agencies and translate their needs into sellable campaigns that generate revenue.

Create compelling storytelling content using PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools.

Transform complex information into clear, persuasive visuals and presentations.

Maintain campaign trackers and report results to stakeholders.

Identify sponsor opportunities aligned with client objectives and the Olympic brand.

Develop and execute 360 marketing programs to drive revenue for NBCUniversal and the Olympics.

Analyze competitive spending patterns and market trends.

Translate client needs into sellable partnerships in collaboration with sales and research teams.

Customize presentations for client calls and sponsorship pitches.

Provide post‑event reporting that showcases the impact of the Olympics on key KPIs.

Work nights and weekends during the Olympic window as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a media agency, media company, sales organization, or research role focused on presentation, creative, and promotion development.

Desired Characteristics

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent analytical ability to translate research metrics into compelling sales stories.

Business writing and presentation development skills.

In‑depth knowledge of sponsorship development processes and 360‑marketing program execution.

Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, and other presentation tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Requirements

Willingness to work in New York, NY in a hybrid capacity (minimum three days per week, increasing to four days starting January 2026).

Willingness to undergo background investigation and travel as needed.

Unrestricted U.S. work authorization now and in the future.

Hybrid Work in New York, NY. This position requires a hybrid presence – office attendance a minimum of three days per week, increasing to four days beginning January 2026.

Salary Range $65,000 – $70,000

Additional Information As part of the selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in‑person interview at an NBCUniversal location.
