Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
UX/UI Designer
to join our dynamic product and development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces and creating seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business and user needs. Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions. Maintain consistency in design systems, color schemes, and typography. Translate user feedback and analytics into design improvements. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design. Proficiency with design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision . Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles
and responsive design. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
mobile app design (iOS/Android) . Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.
