The Role We are seeking a
Marketing & Ecommerce Consultant
to support the brand’s digital growth across ecommerce, paid media, and CRM. This role will help refine our digital strategy, optimize performance across key channels, and guide execution in alignment with brand goals. The consultant will serve as a strategic and operational partner, ensuring that each customer touchpoint—from our online store to email campaigns—delivers a cohesive and elevated brand experience.
Ecommerce
Advise on and support the optimization of the brand’s Shopify site, including merchandising strategy, product launches, and UX improvements.
Provide recommendations for content updates and site enhancements that elevate the customer experience.
Paid Media & Growth
Develop and guide paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
Oversee or coordinate campaign execution with internal or external partners, ensuring alignment with acquisition and retention goals.
CRM & Email Marketing
Define the overall email and SMS marketing approach (via Klaviyo or similar).
Support campaign planning, content direction, and performance optimization to strengthen customer engagement.
Marketing Calendar
Collaborate with the team to shape and execute the marketing calendar across campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal moments.
Ensure consistency in brand storytelling across digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting
Provide regular performance insights across ecommerce, paid media, and CRM.
Translate results into actionable recommendations to guide strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with creative, design, and operations teams to align launches and initiatives with digital plans and timelines.
Who You Are
5–7 years of experience in marketing and ecommerce, ideally within luxury, fashion, or accessories.
Strong understanding of Shopify and digital merchandising best practices.
Proven experience developing and optimizing paid media and CRM programs.
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on ability to execute when needed.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
A refined aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for luxury branding and storytelling.
