Organization – Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa offers a luxurious year‑round escape near Vail Valley, Colorado. Our ski‑in/ski‑out location in the heart of Beaver Creek Village is adjacent to the ski school and hosts skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and more in winter. Key Responsibilities

Merging and formatting standard and custom Group Proposals for Sales & Event Managers.

Merging and formatting standard, custom, and MSA Group Contracts for Sales & Event Managers.

Creating site‑visit agendas, welcome gifts, internal and external calendar items via BOB, and pre‑arrival site‑visit preparation checklists (inspect guest rooms, event spaces, and confirm dining arrangements).

Creating thank‑you cards for customers and coordinating non‑definite group VIP and arrival and stay processes.

Coordinating communication between the Sales Office, Front Desk, Engineering, and Food & Beverage.

Monitoring the Sales Department inventory of office supplies, sales packets, and catering menus.

Maintaining organization of office group files that meet audit purposes.

Monitoring and compiling expense reports by managers as needed.

Creating and updating Hyatt sales & marketing collateral templates in Canva, Publisher, and other graphic design software as needed.

Attending daily stand‑up meetings and other departmental meetings as assigned.

Projecting a professional company image through in‑person, email, and phone interactions.

Performing general clerical duties to support the sales team.

Managing confidential information with discretion and respect for privacy concerning high‑profile guests.

Assisting Sales Managers with finalizing contracts, marketing materials, photo shoots, and lead management.

Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing and the General Manager.

The starting pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. The position will be based onsite Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.

Results‑oriented with the ability to convey data‑based information and ideas clearly.

Effective at handling workplace problems, including identifying, anticipating, preventing, and solving problems as necessary.

Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in general computer knowledge with advanced Excel skills.

2+ years of hotel experience preferred.

Knowledge of Hyatt’s reservation systems and procedures preferred.

Experience with Envision preferred.
