Squarespace is looking for a Media Strategist to join our team and elevate our presence across our Affiliate program. In this role, you will work on our Websites, Domains and Acuity products. You have hands‑on experience managing Affiliate marketing, informing planning and optimization strategies through measurement and analysis, and scaling affiliate marketing efficiently.
You’ll work hybrid from our New York City headquarters. You will report to the Media Manager of Affiliate.
You'll Get To…
Propose strategies, identify opportunities for optimization, and suggest process enhancements for our Affiliate programs
Assist with Affiliate publisher network communications and campaign management by providing feedback, coordinating the delivery of creative assets, and addressing inquiries
Collaborate with key external partners to foster transparency, creative optimization, and drive business impact
Facilitate the tracking of weekly performance data to support the team’s analysis, ensuring accuracy and resolving any data inconsistencies
Support the expansion of our Affiliate program by overseeing new launches, contracting new shows and partners, onboarding talent, managing invoicing, and other key functions of program expansion
Monitor Affiliate competitor presence, identify trends in content/offers, keep up on industry changes that affect performance
Coordinate with Product Marketing to integrate feature and benefit messaging into content programs, and develop custom buys where appropriate
Who We're Looking For…
1+ year of experience in marketing, or a similar role
Prior experience with affiliate programs
Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently; autonomous but able to identify when to elevate more complex issues
Comfortable working with data, marketing KPIs, and various data management tools
Moderate proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Impact Tech, Ironclad, or Coupa
Brings strong communication, structured thinking and a friendly attitude to their work

Cash Compensation Range: $70,500 - $100,000 USD The base salary for this position will vary based on job‑related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on‑target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
