Copado is seeking a highly organized and creative Content Manager to bring structure, storytelling, and strategy to our digital presence. Youll manage our content calendar, coordinate cross?functional campaigns, and create engaging, human?centered content that brings the Copado story to life across social, blog, web, and video channels. Were looking for a

story activator someone who deeply understands our community of Salesforce builders, partners, admins, and developers, and can translate complex DevOps or SaaS topics into clear, authentic stories that inspire action. This role blends creativity with execution. From shaping compelling posts to producing scroll?stopping videos, youll ensure Copados voice is consistent, empowering, and distinctive across every touchpoint. What Youll Do Content Planning & Calendar Management Own and maintain the content calendar across social, blog, and campaignsensuring consistency, alignment, and timely execution. Partner with Product Marketing, Community, and Demand Gen to align storytelling with campaign priorities. Track content performance and analytics to identify what drives engagement and optimize future planning.

Social Media & Digital Content

Develop creative, platform?native content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. Create campaigns that highlight product innovation, community stories, customer success, and industry trends. Film and edit short?form videos (mobile?first) for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Design visual assets using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.

Video & Storytelling

Script, storyboard, and collaborate with internal or external production to deliver engaging video assetsproduct explainers, event recaps, or customer spotlights. Be comfortable both on camera and behind the lens, guiding interviews or directing shoots. Ensure all video content aligns with Copados brand voice and visual identity.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

Maintain an organized publishing workflow, coordinating reviews and approvals efficiently. Ensure alignment between campaign briefs, event timelines, and social deliverables. Proactively identify new storytelling opportunities and bring them from concept to publication with minimal oversight.

What Were Looking For

35 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailyou thrive on structure and deadlines. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of published work. Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and social media best practices. Experience with short?form video production and light editing. Creative thinker who can simplify technical topics and connect them to real human stories. Bonus: Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, SaaS, or B2B technology.
