Marketing Content Coordinator

Location: Hybrid - Travel to ASSA Training Centers and Events May Be Required

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Position Overview
All-Star Sports Academy (ASSA) is seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to join our
dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented
professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think quickly on their feet, and make
decisions confidently when needed. The Marketing Content Coordinator will oversee the
creation, management, and execution of written and visual content across multiple platforms to
ensure brand consistency and elevate ASSA's overall presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee all written content for marketing materials, social media, website,
and promotional collateral.
• Manage approval of all marketing assets to ensure adherence to ASSA's brand style
guide and maintain a consistent voice and tone across channels.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on the creation of marketing
assets across all channels.
• Oversee creative development to maintain brand integrity and message consistency.
• Conduct interviews with ASSA team members and coaches to support content creation
for blogs, spotlights, and social features.
• Create, manage, and schedule content for email campaigns, web updates, and social
media channels.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in alignment with the marketing calendar.
• Maintain and update website product offerings, program pages, and promotional content.
• Perform data cleanup and organization within marketing systems, ensuring accuracy and
consistency across digital platforms.
• Develop new and engaging ideas for videos, photos, and social media campaigns to
enhance brand awareness and performance.
• Design, print, and distribute flyers and print materials to ASSA training centers.
• Perform video editing for marketing or social media purposes.
• Travel to training centers and events as needed for content creation and coverage.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving and
decision-making skills when handling multiple projects or on-site coverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role (sports industry
experience preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of tone, storytelling, and audience
engagement.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and
scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design/video editing software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for sports, storytelling, and brand building.
