About the Role
The company is on the lookout for an exceptional Vice President and Director of Property Management Marketing to spearhead and enhance marketing and development initiatives within its property management sector. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader to build and execute dynamic marketing strategies aimed at elevating brand visibility, improving tenant retention, and driving tenant acquisition.
You will lead a talented team, foster relationships with external agency partners, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that marketing strategies align seamlessly with overall business goals. Key responsibilities include:
Implementing innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns
Monitoring emerging market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly
Managing and enhancing online reputation
Fostering tenant engagement through holistic marketing efforts
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in both residential and commercial property management marketing, showcasing skills in utilizing PropTech platforms and digital marketing tools effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of marketing or business development experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within property management, is essential.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven record in crafting and implementing successful branding, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies. Familiarity with leading PropTech platforms and digital marketing certifications will be highly regarded.
This role also entails business development, leasing support, and robust team leadership, making strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills critical. We seek a collaborative leader who can effectively align marketing strategies with corporate objectives and is willing to travel as necessary.
