This pivotal role will enhance the organization's visibility, reputation, and financial sustainability. Responsibilities include boosting brand awareness, increasing thought leadership, optimizing SEO performance, and developing engaging multi-channel content that aligns with our mission and impact. As a key leader, the Director will champion brand evolution, manage media relations, and craft integrated advocacy strategies. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualified applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly within nonprofit, education, or mission-driven sectors. A proven background in creating and implementing successful brand, communications, and advocacy strategies is essential. Proficiency in digital strategy, including SEO, content optimization, and social media engagement, is required. We are looking for a passionate team player equipped with exceptional communication skills, storytelling expertise, and the ability to manage budgets and engage cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
