Required Qualifications
5+ years in systems analysis and design, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, OmniStudio (Vlocity), and Health Cloud Proficient in Agile methodology, DevOps frameworks, and deployment tools like Gearset Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Specialist, App Customization, Process Automation, etc.) Experience with Trailhead Superbadges Development experience in .NET (VB.NET, C#), REST APIs, Angular, or similar JS frameworks
