Project Manager

Our CPG client is seeking a freelance Project Manager to join their team 40 hrs/week. This is a 3-6 month contract role with the hopes of conversion to full-time, once they received headcount approval. This Project Manager will work hybrid onsite in Fort Mitchell, KY three days a week with two remote days. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and coordinate creative projects within our marketing department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project goals are met on time and within budget, while also fostering a collaborative environment that drives creativity and innovation. Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of creative marketing projects from concept to completion. Assist in managing project timelines and responsibilities for creative and marketing campaigns, product campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, studio, marketing) and external vendors to ensure timely execution. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using project management tools. Monitor performance and assist in reporting metrics and insights. Identify and escalate project risks or delays to senior team members. Help build efficiencies in project workflows. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or similar. Experience managing marketing and/or creative projects for an in-house agency or external agency. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Workfront). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative solutions. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
