Drive and create sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals. Make sure customers are receiving the ultimate experience from your team. Lead by example; follow all policies and procedures at all times. About you High School or equivalent. 1-3 years of retail management. Make sure you understand Shoe Palace is full of opportunities and changes. You have the people skills to grow your team. A desire to work hard and be successful. Computer savvy. Honesty and loyalty; we have a strong team so we need someone even stronger to lead it. It would be great but not completely necessary to have Experience in selling athletic shoes a plus.
