Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Content Specialist to join the Digital Service and Customer Experience (DSCX) team at a large Telecommunications company in Stamford, CT. This team is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and providing the right messages at the right time to the right customer. This person will be responsible for creating engaging short form content such as e-mail and SMS for customer support. The content will be digital, emphasizing self-service and optimal online experiences, including through email flows. Candidate will use content management skills to collaborate across teams to work on complex projects with a focus on the tone, style and messaging. This person must be able to work on competing priorities at the same time and pivot from project to project. They should be able to decipher complex content to write for key audiences and provide clarity in flows. The pay rate is between 30-40/hr.
