Visual Merchandising Coordinator
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing eye-catching displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This hands-on role supports visual execution for pre-planning display creative development, detailing displays for leadership walks, and communication of display requirements for store execution partnering closely with cross-function teams to ensure clients brand standards. This is a full 40 hours/week role and requires going onsite Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions. Collaborate with the store management team, merchant teams and Sr. Manager of Visual Merchandising to design and implement compelling product displays and set planograms. Regularly assess and refresh in-store displays to optimize product visibility and customer engagement. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure adequate stock for displays. Gather and organize information to support pre-packaged display and corrugate fixture creation. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and planning visual merchandising initiatives. Train and support staff in visual merchandising standards and best practices. Qualifications
Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field. Strong skills in merchandising concepts and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic knowledge of InDesign is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Additional Details
Occasional in-store set-ups may be required, these will be scheduled as needed. Business casual attire required. Tennis shoes recommended, as this is a physically active role. Assembly of corrugate displays is required, no lifting over 20 lbs. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
