Product Marketing Specialist (Contract - Hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL)
OpenNova is partnering with JM&A to hire a
Product Marketing Specialist
to support key marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in executing product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing, product development, sales, and external agencies. The specialist will drive content orchestration, go-to-market planning, and brand messaging for both internal and external audiences, with a strong focus on
F&I Insights
and a new CMS implementation.
This is a
12-month contract
with potential for extension or conversion to full-time based on client needs. The role is
hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days per week
at the client's office near Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Stakeholder Management Plan and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Work cross-functionally with
product teams, IT, sales, and external agencies
to ensure brand consistency. Lead marketing initiatives tied to
F&I Insights , supporting internal change management efforts and external content campaigns. Support the integration of
HubSpot (marketing automation), Salesforce (CRM), and a new CMS
into the marketing ecosystem. Product Marketing & Content Orchestration
Develop
go-to-market strategies
for new products and features. Oversee
promotional content and brand messaging , ensuring consistency across digital and print platforms. Manage
consumer-facing content
for websites, brochures, and dealer communications. Align marketing campaigns with
salesforce and dealer outreach initiatives
to drive engagement. Consumer & Market Insights
Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly
AI, digital transformation, and automotive financial services . Optimize
content strategies
based on consumer insights and analytics. Contribute to internal
change management communications
as JM&A undergoes organizational shifts. Key Qualifications
3+ years
in
product marketing, marketing project management, or agency experience. Experience working on
go-to-market plans
and managing
cross-functional marketing campaigns . Strong
project management skills
- ability to juggle multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines. Proficiency in
digital marketing tools
(Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email platforms). Hands-on experience with
marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Excellent
communication and presentation skills
to engage internal and external stakeholders. Experience coordinating
content development, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning strategies. Self-starter
who can manage projects independently while aligning with broader company initiatives. Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Experience in
financial services, automotive, or insurance-related products. Background in a
marketing agency environment. Knowledge of
content management systems (CMS) and consumer-facing digital platforms. PMP certification
or formal project management training. Contract Details
