The
Director of Product Management and Marketing
will lead the strategic direction, roadmap, and go-to-market activities for Wilson Connectivity's Enterprise Solutions portfolio, including
BDAs, DAS solutions, public safety systems, and private network offerings . This individual will own the full product lifecycle-from concept to market success-while driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. Develop and maintain
Market Requirements Documents (MRDs)
and
Product Specifications . Oversee
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) , including roadmap prioritization, end-of-life planning, and profitability optimization. Collaborate with engineering teams to define feature sets and system architectures for BDAs, DAS, and private network products. Manage
third-party vendor relationships , ensuring alignment on technology, quality, and delivery. Conduct
competitive analysis
and identify differentiation opportunities in technology and pricing. Marketing & Go-To-Market
Define product
value propositions , messaging, and positioning. Develop product
collateral , presentations, and sales enablement materials. Plan and execute
analyst engagements , trade shows, and industry events to strengthen market presence. Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive
demand generation
and market awareness. Support
solution definition
and integration efforts for enterprise and public safety use cases. Manage
pricing strategy
and profitability analysis across the product portfolio. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or solution management within telecommunications, wireless, or networking industries. Proven track record managing
DAS, BDA, or RF-related
product portfolios. Strong understanding of
public safety communications (NFPA, IFC, UL, FCC)
and private network (CBRS, LTE, 5G) ecosystems. Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to balance technical detail with strategic business insight.
