We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Videographer to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling designs and high-quality video content to support marketing, sales, and event initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creative with a strong sense of visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll work collaboratively with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to develop impactful content for digital, print, and event platforms.
What You'll Do
Design & Creative Development
- Design marketing and sales materials including brochures, spec sheets, trade show graphics, and presentations.
- Develop creative assets for the website, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for product launches, customer testimonials, installations, and events.
- Capture photography and video footage for ongoing marketing use.
- Manage all post-production editing, sound, and formatting for digital delivery.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to support initiatives across the organization.
- Create visual content for trade shows, local events, and ribbon cuttings.
- Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with SketchUp or similar design tools preferred.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for composition, typography, and color.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
