Our founder, Cody Bjugan, is building a media brand, Bjugan Media, that shares that mission with the world through faith, leadership, and land.Your job: Own organic growth.Build the systems, content, and strategies that amplify Codys message, attract qualified leads, and drive measurable revenue while staying rooted in authenticity and purpose.What Makes This Role DifferentThis is a revenue-accountable, mission-driven position.Youll own the organic engine that complements $50K+/month in paid advertising, transforming attention into customers and community.Youll start hands-on building strategy, directing content, and leading execution.As you prove ROI, youll earn the resources to grow your own media team (videographer, editor, etc.).Success looks like:Months 13: Build foundational systems (comment automation, DM flows, nurture sequences), set baselines, and establish content rhythm.Months 46: Drive $2030K/month in organic-attributed revenue and measurable engagement growth.Months 712: Scale to $4060K+/month in organic revenue, hire support, and lead a scalable content operation.What Youll Do1. Build Organic Revenue SystemsArchitect full-funnel strategies that guide leads from awareness engagement customer advocate.Develop lifecycle marketing through Ellipsend or similar platforms leveraging segmentation, automations, and personalized nurture flows.Align organic initiatives with paid, sales, and community touchpoints to maximize ROI.Track KPIs for leads, conversion rates, and monthly organic revenue contribution.2. Lead the Founders Brand ExpansionOwn the content strategy, growth, and execution for Cody Bjugans personal brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.Attend in-person filming and strategy sessions (23x/week in Scottsdale, AZ).Capture, direct, and produce high-quality short and long-form content.Repurpose long-form assets into viral short-form clips and value-driven content that expand Codys reach and authority.Balance storytelling and conversion every piece of content should serve both the mission and the metrics.3. Create High-Impact ContentOversee filming, editing, and publishing of long-form and short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and AI creative tools.Develop creative campaigns and series that drive engagement, nurture leads, and reinforce thought leadership.Manage cross-brand content strategy for Allied Development, VestRight, and Bjugan Media.4. Manage and Grow Podcast PresenceSupport podcast production: planning, scheduling, guest coordination, publishing, and post-production oversight.Repurpose podcast segments into promotional clips, nurture content, and cross-channel campaigns.Track and optimize performance to grow reach, authority, and engagement.5. Own Performance and OptimizationRun experiments on hooks, formats, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion.Turn data into strategy double down on what works, cut what doesnt.Build repeatable systems that increase efficiency and drive measurable results.Youll Thrive Here If YouHave built systems that generated real, attributable organic revenue ($250K+ ideal).Think in funnels, not feeds you understand buyer psychology and how to turn curiosity into conversion.Are a strategic builder and tactical executor who can lead from idea implementation.Can balance creative storytelling with analytical thinking and measurable outcomes.Are fluent in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, GoHighLevel, and Ellipsend (or similar).Have podcast or video production experience and can confidently direct shoots.Bring 57+ years of proven growth, content, or marketing experience with measurable results.Are based in or near Scottsdale, AZ and available for in-person collaboration several times a week.Value authenticity, faith, and impact and want your work to help people build legacy and generational wealth.This Role Isnt for You IfYou prefer to just manage social without business accountability.You need a large production team before you can execute.You chase vanity metrics over tangible business outcomes.You require constant hand-holding or operate best in slow-moving environments.You want a purely remote role with minimal in-person collaboration.Your ScoreboardMonths 13: Engagement systems built, nurture flows live, first revenue attribution visibleMonths 46: $2030K/month in organic-attributed revenue, clear ROI, consistent content rhythmMonths 712: $4060K+/month in organic revenue, scalable systems in place, videographer support addedWhy This Role MattersAllied Developments mission is to grow the legacy of landowners, communities, and builders by developing land that allows families to flourish. VestRight educates everyday people on how to participate in that opportunity.At Bjugan Media, your role is to amplify that mission to take Cody Bjugans message and build systems that connect the right people to the right opportunities at the right time.This isnt just marketing.
