We are seeking a Creative Administrator to provide direct support to our Heads of Creative in Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive professional to gain exposure to all facets of creative leadership across brand, editorial, and merchandising initiatives.

This role requires superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills, taste, talent, and the highest level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. A confident communicator with a "can-do" attitude, the Creative Coordinator will play a critical role for our dynamic Creative Teams.

In a fast-paced and growing environment like ours, priorities often shift. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring meetings and commitments are prioritized and scheduled effectively.
  • Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and communicate updates to participants.
  • Coordinate Zoom and in-person meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, process travel and entertainment reimbursements.
  • Book travel, accommodations, and reservations for executives.
  • Order meals and refreshments for meetings as needed.
  • Draft and prepare internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Track milestone moments and key updates for leadership.
  • Create and maintain presentations (Keynote, InDesign) and update corporate decks as needed.
  • Take clear notes during client and internal calls; distribute action items.
  • Maintain organized internal systems with daily updates of critical information.

Research new signings, artists, and special projects to inform creative stakeholders.

Proactively research and present emerging creative trends, digital innovations, and product opportunities relevant to our artists and clients.

Plan and coordinate team educational and inspirational events.

Coordinate production of physical meeting materials, products, and samples.

Order supplies and prepare for client presentations.

Maintain executive updates for weekly summaries and team communications.

Lover of music, fashion, digital design, and pop culture.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Proactive problem-solver with excellent judgment and discretion.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident representing leadership internally and externally.

Comfortable working with creative tools such as Keynote, InDesign, and other presentation platforms.
