About the Role
We are seeking a UX Motion Designer to support visual and motion UI for a new AR/VR product, along with its companion app. You will play a key role in shaping the interactive patterns and visual storytelling that define the product experience.
Responsibilities
- Explore UI motion interactions as the UX design team develops user stories and system architecture.
- Define, iterate, and establish interactive patterns as the design system evolves.
- Support post-production in creating product concept vignettes within the AR/VR space.
- 8 years of motion design experience in product design or UX/UI teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product concepts, written narratives, and wireframes into compelling visual concepts with 3D/2D motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) for motion graphics, compositing, and editing.
- Experience rendering high-resolution video assets (4K/6K or higher).
- Proficiency in 3D production software (ideally Blender) for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering complex scenes and product visualizations.
- Experience with 3D character animations to ground vision videos in realistic human interactions and movements.
- Prior experience designing or visualizing experiences for spatial products (AR headsets, VR devices, or heads-up displays).
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts and the ability to visualize abstract, intelligent system behaviors through motion.
