UX Research

As a UX Research, you will manage people who help teams to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. You will act as a high level of research expert for the team and represent UX research to peers, managers, and executives across the company and to external audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Plan studies and conduct research studies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
  • Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
  • Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
  • Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
  • Works with designers to iterate and test solutions.
  • Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
  • Recruits participants for studies.
Requirements
  • Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
  • Ability to lead small to medium projects independently.
  • Experience with a survey tool such as SurveyMonkey.com or Qualtrics.
  • Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
  • Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography, or other relevant subject area.
  • Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research.
  • Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework.
