Responsibilities Position Objective:
The Content Marketing Specialist will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop content to drive Better Health Group’s no-cost, payer-funded program that helps primary care practices improve care coordination and patient outcomes, increase revenue, and successfully transition to value-based care
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, traditional, etc.)
Ensure campaign messaging is consistent and effective across all channels, driving engagement and increasing awareness
Create content for social media posts, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage both B2B and B2C audiences
Ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
Report on content performance metrics, offering recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data analysis
Assist in conducting market research to understand the needs of independent primary care practices, trends in healthcare, and competitive landscape
Participate in omnichannel content distribution and monitor campaign performance across digital and traditional channels
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Use content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) tools, and project management systems (e.g., Monday.com) to manage content production and ensure proper documentation and file organization
Assist in the creation of promotional content for industry trade shows, conferences, and other events, including flyers, brochures, and post-event follow-ups
Provide logistical and content support during events as needed
Additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements/ Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, preferred
3+ years of experience in marketing or related role with direct authorship of various types of business and marketing communications B2B and B2C (writing samples required)
Industry experience, preferably in healthcare, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicare Supplement plans, desired
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration
Preferred experience with video scripting, and video editing (using Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, and AfterEffects)
Demonstrated knowledge of, and competency in business writing
Demonstrated skill in summarizing complex sets of information into meaningful, clear, non-technical language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populations
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must have a high level of creativity
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery
Demonstrated ability to handle data with confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
Requires standing, walking, pushing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have own means of transportation

Other:
Position can be remote in one of our core states of business. However, travel will be required, specifically to Tampa, FL.
