M-F 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8:00am to 12pm
Reports to: Service Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION - Manage the flow of a repair shop in a timely manner with a sense of urgency & willingness to do what it takes to take care of the customer.
Additional duties included but not limited to:
• Cordial & concerned Customer Service skills
• Data Entry & Computer knowledge
• Small engine repair knowledge & ability to perform initial diagnosis.
• Be detailed oriented
• Ability to communicate with the general public and other employees
• Leadership skills with the ability to delegate
• Reliable & have a neat appearance

Requirements:
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School degree or GED equivalent.
- Maintain a CDL license with a good driving record
- Drive a fork lift, tractor and truck with trailer
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good organizational skills.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Routinely handle weight up to and including 70 pounds.
- Assist customers in the loading / unloading of equipment
- Able to use a stool, shop-creeper or ladder.
The individual shall be ethical, personable, flexible, a problem solver, a team player and exhibit a sense of urgency in carrying out the duties of the job.
