Marketing Specialist

Overview

Marketing Specialist position at Fisher Stone, P.C., one of New Yorks fastest-growing law firms in real estate, business, and estate planning where marketing meets mission. Base pay range is $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. This is a full-time, in-office role in Lower Manhattan. Competitive salary based on experience plus performance bonuses.

What Youll Do

• Manage and optimize our websites for performance and SEO.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Capture and produce photo and video content that tells our story.
• Run Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn ad campaigns that convert.
• Track performance metrics, report on ROI and lead generation, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee online reputation, coordinate PR features, and support brand consistency across all initiatives.

What You Bring

• 35 years of experience in marketing (law firm or professional-services experience is a plus).
• Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
• Skill in copywriting, design, and video editing using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• A data-driven mindset paired with creative intuition.
• A proactive attitude comfortable collaborating with attorneys, leadership, and external vendors.

Compensation and Location

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Annual bonus available. Full-time, in-office position in Lower Manhattan.
