The Pets Table is the newest addition to the HelloFresh family of brands and is on a mission to reimagine pet food, one bowl at a time. It launched in summer 2023 and is among the fastest growing pet food brands in the US. We believe theres a better way to feed pets with healthy recipes developed with vets and made from wholesome ingredients that humans trust. Were incubated within HelloFresh, providing startup agility with the resources of a larger organization. Were scaling rapidly to disrupt the pet food industry and help paw-rents improve their furry family members well being.

Were building a strong marketing team for The Pets Table. This role sits within the marketing team and reports to the Chief Barketing Officer. Its an excellent opportunity for a driven, creative marketer with branding and communication skills to establish The Pets Table as an emotional household brand loved by millions of dogs and dog parents.

You will
  • Grow The Pets Tables awareness and recognition by owning and running brand building campaigns
  • Ensure we pursue the correct brand positioning to stand out from competition through competitor monitoring and market mapping
  • Elevate our holistic content strategy and its development to ensure we are seen as a premium brand with a cohesive tone of voice and collection of assets
  • Support top-of-funnel marketing efforts across a variety of brand channels including TV, influencer, OOH, radio, etc
  • Manage organic social and blog strategy to ensure our brand content is engaging for potential and active customers
  • Partner with Product team to ensure our claims stand out and resonate with customers
  • Be close to our target customer by conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, wants and needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints including D2C and Retail
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of brand initiatives. Monitor data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize impact and ROI
Qualifications
  • A pet person through and through
  • Degree or concentration in Marketing, Business or Economics
  • 5-7 years of work experience in a brand marketing role
  • Proven track record of building disruptive consumer brands with clear positioning
  • Proactive, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment within a larger corporate structure
  • Creative and resourceful. Able to create own content on IG stories or Capcut without a team of editors
  • Comfortable in front of a camera and able to create branded Reels
  • Familiar with using AI to expedite timelines and create realistic content
  • Visionary marketer who can develop concepts independently, not just write tactical briefs
  • Basic analytical skills with ability to make a business case to justify brand investments

Location: New York, NY. Pay range: $119,200 $134,100 USD.
