About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized individual with a strong background in makeup artistry, content creation, and on-set production. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments and knows how to translate beauty trends into compelling visual content. Strong PowerPoint and organizational skills are a must, as youll also be helping build presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing teams and Product Development to conceptualize, shoot, and edit beauty-focused content (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Reels).
- Assist in the planning and execution of on-set production (setup, product prep, scheduling, coordination).
- Create and manage presentations using PowerPoint to support campaign planning, product launches, and strategy meetings.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in beauty, skincare, and social media and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of makeup kits, props, and set materials.
Requirements
- Experience in makeup artistry (portfolio or IG/TikTok presence is a plus).
- Strong skills in social media and current trends.
- Experience in on-set production, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office/Google Suite tools.
- Highly organized with an ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of current beauty trends, influencers, and events.
- Ability to take initiative, be detail-oriented, and work well under pressure.
