About This Role
Vibe builds collaborative hardware and software tools that empower teams to communicate visually and work smarter. As we scale, we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own customer insights and help shape how we build, position, and sell our products. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team.
Responsibilities
- Own customer research, including interviews, surveys, and behavior analysis
- Build personas and customer journey maps to guide strategy
- Uncover insights that inform product roadmap, messaging, and market targeting
- Partner with Product to improve positioning and differentiation
- Advise Marketing on ICP strategy, content focus, and campaign messaging
- Collaborate with Sales to develop pitches, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and win/loss insights
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify threats and opportunities
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B and SaaS product marketing, with a focus on customer insights & product research/strategy
- Experience conducting customer interviews and synthesizing data into clear recommendations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, marketing, and sales teams
- Ability to turn insights into go-to-market plans, product positioning and messaging, as well as enablement assets
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
