Responsibilities

• Connect with community business owners and craft tailored marketing solutions for Spanish-language TV and radio properties.
• Expand customer reach and drive revenue through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Manage sales cycles in a commission-based role, with earnings tied to sales and collections.
• Collaborate with team members to support clients and grow their advertising presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in broadcast media sales preferred
• Strong self-motivation
• Thrives in fast-paced environments
• Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and accomplish goals in a timely manner
• Valid Florida Drivers License

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or attending client meetings
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, phones, and other office equipment
• Ability to travel locally to meet clients, sometimes driving personal or company vehicles
• Ability to lift and carry materials such as promotional items, brochures, or presentation materials (typically up to 25 lbs)
• Occasional ability to attend events or remote locations, which may require walking, standing, or moderate physical activity
• Visual and auditory ability to review documents, presentations, and listen to audio content
