Were looking for a Client Discovery Specialist (Technical Communications) who can connect with highly technical founders, CEOs, and executives across industries such as AI, SaaS, Fintech, Healthtech, and more. Your mission is to lead in-depth intake interviews that uncover each clients personal and professional story, tone, and content goals and translate that into structured insights that our AI systems and content team can use to generate authentic, personalized content. The insights you gather will directly inform how Blazels AI and LLM tools create tailored content for each client; your work essentially becomes the prompt that guides the AI to speak in their unique voice. This is a hands?on, client?facing role at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth intake interviews with clients to understand their background, professional focus, communication goals, tone, and preferred writing style.
- Capture and translate highly technical concepts from fields such as AI, software development, fintech, healthtech, and more into usable creative and technical prompts for our AI content generation tools.
- Collaborate closely with Blazels content and AI engineering teams to ensure the generated content reflects each clients authentic voice and expertise.
- Develop, document, and continuously refine a scalable client discovery process that enables consistent data capture and high?quality outputs from our AI and LLM tools and systems.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership and highly engaging topics aligned with each clients brand, industry trends, and desired content.
- Maintain detailed notes, structured interview data, and feedback in internal systems to help train and improve Blazels AI content models.
- Provide feedback to the AI and engineering teams on prompt design, tone modeling, writing styles, and content generation results.
- Contribute to shaping Blazels growing client experience framework and best practices for future hires.
Qualifications
- Background or education in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or professional experience communicating complex technical concepts. Education or Research experience is great as well!
- Deep familiarity with at least one major technical domain AI, SaaS, Fintech, or Healthtech.
- Proven ability to confidently hold and guide technical conversations/discussions.
- Experience in technical writing, research, product marketing, technical content strategy, or technical documentation.
- Strong interviewing, listening, and synthesis skills; you can distill technical conversations into structured insights and creative prompts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast?moving startup environment where adaptability, creativity, and initiative are key.
