About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy Brand Communications to lead the strategic development and implementation of brand communication initiatives for philanthropic audiences. This role involves managing a large team of creative professionals and overseeing the production of a high volume of brand communication projects. The Assistant Vice President will also be a key liaison for the Division of Philanthropy, fostering collaboration and providing strategic counsel to ensure the quality and effectiveness of all brand communication efforts.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in philanthropy, marketing, communications, advertising, writing, and publications, and a Bachelor's degree is required. The role demands a leader with significant management experience, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, creative work within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing, be adept at managing a diverse range of projects, and have experience working with a variety of donor segments. The position also requires the ability to see the big picture, provide excellent attention to detail, and ensure that all brand communication is in line with the company's values and mission.
