Responsibilities
- The Marketing & Technology Coordinator supports Fully Promoteds brand marketing initiatives while ensuring technology platforms and tools are optimized to drive lead generation and franchisee success.
- Troubleshoot and train on systems, manage CRM and lead tracking platforms, and create digital marketing assets to help franchisees grow.
- Create and manage marketing assets and campaigns, including social media graphics, email marketing, presentation decks, website content, and print materials.
- Support digital lead generation strategies through SEO, paid media support, and CRM optimization.
- Maintain consistent branding across all media channels and provide franchisees with tools to execute campaigns effectively.
- Collect and synthesize marketing performance data to provide actionable insights to the marketing team and franchisees.
- Manage marketing files and resources in Gorilla Dash, OneDrive, and internal systems.
- Work with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video tools as applicable.
- Manage, support, and train on CRM/POS and lead generation platforms used by franchisees.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, systems, and connectivity; escalate to vendors as needed.
- Deliver training (via webinars and occasionally in-person) on marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Track and document technical issues in a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the tech department on system improvements, platform integrations, and R&D initiatives.
- Monitor franchisee compliance with system standards (marketing fund, CRM usage, tech tools).
- Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Business Manager, and Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or an Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers (Internet Explorer or Google Chrome), Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
- Microsoft & Google Certification preferred but not required.
