Overview
The Senior Casino Marketing Analyst is responsible for leading the execution and optimization of casino campaigns targeting high-value guests. This role designs, develops, and implements advanced tools, analytics, and reporting to maximize net revenue and enhance profitability. The Senior Casino Marketing Analyst collaborates with Global Gaming (GG), Revenue Management (RM), Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Retention Marketing (CRM), and third-party partners, to provide strategic insights to the Casino Marketing Department.
Job Functions
Designs, executes, and measures the success of marketing campaigns targeting casino guests. Responsibilities include audience selection, offer assignment, metadata loading into IT systems, and creating files for email and direct mail campaigns. Provides insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and shares results with Senior Leadership.
Develops innovative programs to increase onboard spend by using advanced analytical skills to determine pricing in collaboration with Presales and GG teams. Creates and promotes programs targeting new-to-CCL Casino players, requiring cross-department collaboration with RM, IT, CRM, Media, and agency partners.
Collaborates with IT and GG to enhance data quality and accuracy. Provides guidance on data requirements, writes queries, and conducts user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements and new systems. Manages guest analytics and modeling to determine optimal offers and personalization strategies to increase revenue.
Leads Casino FP&A activities, developing the annual financial plan and creating monthly forecasts to review past results and predict future revenues. Prepares monthly materials for leaderships review.
Guides contact center and customer service teams to ensure positive outcomes for inquiries. Identifies opportunities to automate recurring needs and delivers 5-star customer service.
Enhances and automates casino campaign processes in collaboration with IT, ensuring regular deployment to ships. Coordinates with GG to ensure proper usage of onboard fulfillment processes.
Defines, evaluates, and analyzes success metrics for distressed inventory casino campaigns, trials, and tests.

Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
This position is classified as in-office. As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
