The Role

Were looking for a sharp, creative, and detail-obsessed Social Media Coordinator to support the daily execution and long-term growth of our artists' digital presence. This role requires a deep love for music, a strong understanding of current social platforms and trends, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple artist and brand social channels, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Spotify
• Support day-to-day content calendars and campaign rollouts in collaboration with artists, managers, and creative teams
• Track and report on engagement metrics and trends
• Coordinate asset collection from photographers, videographers, and content creators
• Engage with fans and community across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, X)
• Assist in developing creative concepts for social campaigns, announcements, and touring moments
• Stay up to date on platform changes, viral trends, and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

• 12 years experience in music, media, or entertainment social media
• Fluent in social media platforms, trends, and tools (Later, CapCut, etc.)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to curate artist/brand voice
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for music (especially rock, metal, punk)
• Ability to work evenings/weekends when needed (touring, drops, emergencies)
• Experience with short-form video editing
• Understanding of digital ad platforms or influencer campaigns

Bonus Points

• Touring experience or on-the-ground content capture
