What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead technical strategy and execution for cross-platform integration, SDKs, runtimes, and delivery APIs
• Build strong partnerships across engineering and brand teams to align roadmaps and drive platform adoption
• Own observability and reliability for integrations, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers to drive technical excellence and foster a collaborative culture
• Partner with product and design teams to define and deliver impactful features for creators

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Experience building cross-platform client libraries across web, mobile, and embedded environments
• Expertise in software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance profiling in complex systems
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Proficiency in modern C++, Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript/JavaScript, with experience building SDKs or runtimes
• Experience with 3D engines or frameworks (Unreal, Unity, WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js, OpenUSD)
• Understanding of graphics pipelines, including materials, shaders, and asset streaming
• Proficiency in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC)
• Strong knowledge of algorithm design and optimization techniques for high-performance rendering
