About the Role

Were looking for a strategic and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across key performance marketing channelsincluding email, SMS, affiliate, loyalty, and reviews. This role is central to driving revenue and customer lifetime value through thoughtful strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and performance optimization. Youll manage agency and platform relationships, coordinate creative asset development, and serve as a liaison across internal teams to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer experience.

Purpose

To design and execute marketing strategies that engage customers throughout their journeyfrom acquisition to retention and reactivationusing data-driven insights and personalized communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Execution
  • Build and execute integrated marketing strategies across email, SMS, affiliate, loyalty, and review platforms.
  • Align channel strategies with broader business goals in partnership with the VP of E-Commerce.
  • Own relationships with external agencies and SaaS partners (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Yotpo, Attentive).
  • Ensure partner activities are aligned with performance goals and brand standards.
  • Manage creative requests and feedback loops with internal teams.
  • Optimize creative assets for conversion using performance data and insights.
  • Act as the connective tissue between marketing, creative, merchandising, and web UX/development teams.
  • Project manage initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs across all channels.
  • Deliver actionable insights and forecasts to improve ROI and meet/exceed targets.
  • Stay ahead of trends in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Identify new opportunities through competitor analysis and market research.

Success Metrics (First 612 Months)
  • Increased revenue and engagement across email, SMS, affiliate, loyalty, and review channels.
  • Improved ROI and conversion rates through optimized creative and campaign execution.
  • Strong cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience
  • 35 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven success managing campaigns across email, SMS, and affiliate channels.
  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Yotpo, Attentive, and Asana.

Skills & Attributes
  • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of CRM and retention marketing.
  • Analytical and comfortable with data, reporting, and A/B testing.

Salary $100,000-$115,000
