Ripple Street is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to be the engine behind our account-based marketing (ABM) strategy. You'll transform ideas into multi-channel campaigns, build the assets that bring our message to life, and manage the systems that keep our go-to-market machine running.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Operations, and your Director of ABM & Growth to ensure every campaign hits the right accounts, at the right time, with the right message - and that we can measure the impact. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, collaborating across teams, and finding smarter, faster ways to drive growth.

NOTE: This is an onsite position at our offices in New York, NY just steps from Grand Central (4 days/week onsite; 1 day/week working from home).

Key Responsibilities

ABM Campaign Execution Partner with the Director of ABM & Growth to translate strategy into multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns targeting priority accounts. Execute campaigns across email, events, and digital channels to drive engagement and pipeline lift across tiered accounts. Partner with AEs to develop and personalize outreach materials that support ABM plays. Manage campaign calendars, ensuring outreach is sequenced and timed to align with Sales motions. Content Creation & Development

Collaborate with our Art Director to develop compelling campaign assets including emails, landing pages, social content, and nurture workflows. Own and optimize the system that ensures the GTM team has fast, clear access to the latest messaging, assets, and tools. Marketing Operations & Reporting

Own HubSpot campaign workflows and reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Track campaign performance (engagement, conversions, influenced pipeline) and share insights with Sales and Marketing leadership. Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and influenced pipeline. Collaboration & Alignment

Work closely with GTM leadership, AEs, and Sales Ops to ensure campaign alignment with account strategy. Join pipeline review meetings and provide Marketing's view on engagement trends and opportunities. Partner with Sales Ops to maintain clean data, accurate reporting, and smooth processes. Key Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on campaign execution, demand generation, or ABM. Experience running multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, paid social) and measuring their impact on pipeline. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation platform) for workflows, scoring, and reporting. Strong copywriting and content production skills for short-form and campaign assets. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once. Collaborative and proactive - thrives working closely with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Pay Range
