What you will have an opportunity to do: Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and keeping a fast-paced restaurant running smoothly? We're looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and guest-focused team player to help us deliver the exceptional service our guests love. What You'll Be Doing: - Be the friendly face that greets guests as they arrive or move throughout the restaurant. - Read, check, and manage tickets as they come in-accuracy is your superpower! - Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen looks perfect and matches the order. - Support servers by clearing and resetting tables for arriving guests. - Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area. - Keep service flowing by performing pre-shift prep and maintaining organized server stations. - Collaborate with your teammates from servers, to cooks, to bartenders. - Know the ins and outs of the operation - you're the eyes and ears of the floor! Who you are: - You've worked in a high-volume restaurant as an expediter or server. - You know your way around wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. - You bring a warm, engaging, and professional personality to every shift. - You thrive in fast-paced environments and keep cool under pressure. - You're passionate about creating great guest experiences. - You're a strong communicator and collaborator. - You're able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift. - You have a WA Food Handlers Certification -We can help you with this! - You're reliable, consistent, and love getting things done right the first time. Scheduling & Hours: - Part-Time position - Schedules are shared one week in advance - Because we're open 24/7, 365 days a year, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is appreciated.
