Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Our Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in telling our story, winning work, and helping our teams shine. You'll be part designer, part creator, part organizer and 100% essential to our pursuit of excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or proposal development role. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Office 365. Graphic design skills and an eye for visual storytelling. Experience with Procore preferred. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, creative problem-solver, team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Behavior Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable with technology and capable of working with confidential information. Computer literate and capable of using MS Word, Excel, internet/email, MS Project, and an iPad/laptop. Experience with Procore Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Pursuits

Development of pursuit materials-from RFP responses to client presentations to company brochures. Write, edit, and produce compelling qualifications packages and proposals that reflect who we are. Coordinate internal deadlines and help guide teams through proposal processes. Content Creation & Storytelling

Write and update content like project profiles, resumes, case studies, and more. Translate technical project information into clear, engaging marketing content. Maintain a library of marketing collateral and help us make the most of our best stories. Support photography coordination and help shape project narratives that capture the full story. Brand & Marketing Support

Assist with social media efforts, campaigns, and internal communication initiatives. Help produce content for conferences, events, and community engagements. Support our team's presence at industry events and conferences with materials and strategy. Ensure consistency in brand voice, design, and messaging-because details matter. Jump in wherever needed-because marketing is a team sport. Research & Strategy

Conduct market and client research to support business development team Track competitor activity, funding, and trends in the education, municipal, and commercial sectors Administrative Support

Assist with additional administrative tasks and marketing initiatives as required. Coordinate job site visits or photography as needed. Physical Requirements:

This is a full-time, in office position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as evening and weekend work that may be required as job duties demand.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to travel locally and regionally as needed. Occasional visits to active construction sites. As a member of the J.M Cope Team, you can expect:
