MatchPoint is hiring: Broadcast Engineer in Bristol

Responsibilities

• Level 3 Network Engineer should have extensive knowledge in supporting Media Broadcast environment utilizing PTP, Multicast, Encoders/Decoders, Evertz NAT Card and SMPTE 2110.
• Serve as escalation lead for NetOps on incident response efforts for network outages and disruptions.
• Develop internal KB and documentation for NetOps.
• Train and mentor Netops engineer on supporting the broadcast environment heavily utilizing PTP and Multicast. This lead will
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to promote understanding of the broadcast environment within NetOps.
• Work closely with Network Architecture and Engineering on project handoff to NetOps.
