We’re looking for a Lead Creative Designer who can bridge design craft and performance marketing, someone who can transform insights into scroll‑stopping ad campaigns for global brands.

As part of our international creative team, you’ll lead visual direction for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms. You’ll mentor designers, collaborate with performance marketers, and push creative boundaries that drive real results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead creative strategy and visual execution for digital ad campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with performance and brand teams to translate data into strong creative direction.
• Mentor and guide designers across concepting, storytelling, and iteration.
• Develop creative systems for testing, scaling, and optimizing ad performance.
• Work on campaigns for well‑known international brands.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–9 years of experience in digital or advertising design, with at least 3 years focused on ad creatives.
• A strong portfolio of ad‑heavy campaigns for global or international brands.
• A good understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, conversion, etc.) and how creative influences them.
• Experience mentoring or art‑directing other designers.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with remote, cross‑cultural teams.
