Job Summary
The Advertising Program Manager implements and executes marketing and advertising strategies supporting the Stanford Medicine Children’s Health brand. This role collaborates with marketing colleagues to promote the brand, execute campaigns, coordinate events, and implement consumer research findings.
Essential Functions
- Accountable for performance and results of advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Develop and execute multi‑channel advertising campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Coordinate with external advertising agencies to ensure quality, on‑time delivery.
- Support creative briefing process and integrated campaign plans.
- Apply knowledge of key business drivers to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute events and conferences.
- Ensure all interactions reinforce core positioning and equity of the brand.
- Track metrics to measure marketing performance and improve communications.
- Support market research and consumer insight tracking.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five or more years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related positions, preferably in an agency, client‑side, or consulting firm.
- Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, sponsorships, and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, and segmentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.

Additional Information
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary ranges are determined by education, experience, location, and internal equity.
