The Role

We’re hiring a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented Social Media Content Creator to lead marketing efforts across our portfolio of businesses. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role based in our Houston headquarters. You’ll be responsible for building brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and overseeing marketing execution for multiple ventures. You’ll work closely with the CEO and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Create high‑quality photo and video content for social media — including Reels, TikToks, and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling.
• Manage daily posting schedules, engagement, and growth across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Collaborate directly with the executive team on content strategy, brand messaging, and upcoming campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts that reflect our company culture, milestones, and entrepreneurial journey.
• Track analytics to understand performance and continuously refine strategies for engagement and reach.
• Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to every piece of content.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating and managing content for brands or public figures (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing, and platform algorithms.
• Skilled in shooting and editing with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to aesthetic detail.
• Comfortable balancing multiple projects and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, branding, and digital media.
