Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Senior Motion Graphics Designer to lead the creation of dynamic, visually compelling animations and motion assets across our digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who not only executes top-tier motion design but also brings strategic and creative direction to how motion enhances brand storytelling and user experience.

As a senior member of the creative team, you’ll collaborate closely with design, marketing, and development partners to define motion standards, elevate our visual identity, and push the boundaries of digital storytelling.

Job duties:

• Lead the concepting, design, and production of motion graphics for software applications, websites, digital campaigns, video content, and social media.
• Develop motion systems, templates, and design standards that reinforce a consistent and elevated brand experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative directors, UX/UI designers, and developers to integrate animation seamlessly into user experiences.
• Oversee and work side by side with teammates in end-to-end production of animated content—from storyboarding to delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
• Stay ahead of emerging animation trends, technologies, and tools, applying innovative approaches to design challenges.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects with strong attention to detail, quality, and brand alignment, while supporting ad hoc tasks across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field. (required)
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling. (required)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and related tools. (required)
• Familiarity with interactive or web animation formats (e.g., Rive, Lottie, Bodymovin, GSAP, or WebGL). (preferred)
• Experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya). (preferred)
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, composition, and visual hierarchy in motion.
• Experience with sound design, video editing, and compositing.
• Proven ability to define and implement brand motion systems or guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and mastery of motion design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end integration and collaboration with developers would be a plus.
