2.7 August Apparel is looking for a Influencer Marketing Manager to join our creative team and help bring our concepts to life.
Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses. Since 2011, we’ve built a reputation for delivering on-trend, high-quality fashion and we’re just getting started.
Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Manager leads influencer strategy across all 2.7 August Apparel brands. This role blends influencer management with foundational PR responsibilities: shaping brand perception, coordinating campaign visibility, and driving both social and earned exposure.
What you will do :
- Develop and execute a unified influencer strategy for all brands, ensuring each retains its own creative identity.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, stylists, brand ambassadors, and media contacts relevant to fashion.
- Manage influencer outreach, gifting, and campaign execution from concept to reporting.
- Coordinate media and influencer visibility around showroom events, trade shows, and new collection launches.
- Oversee product seeding, influencer contracts, and partnership negotiations.
- Draft campaign briefs that align with marketing and seasonal storytelling.
- Produce post-campaign reports analyzing influencer performance, reach, and engagement.
- Serve as the internal bridge between influencer content, digital marketing, and brand storytelling, ensuring alignment across all channels.
- Identify PR‑adjacent opportunities such as editor features, collaborations, or media outreach that support brand awareness.
What are we looking for :
- 5–7 years of experience in influencer, marketing, or fashion brand communications.
- Strong knowledge of influencer analytics, social strategy, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker who can manage both creative storytelling and performance metrics.
Portfolio relate with Women's clothing experience is required.
