Telecommunications Account Manager key duties: Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for major accounts to exceed sales and profit goals Increase product adoption within existing key accounts and identify opportunities for new product introductions Meet with internal teams, including other Telecommunications Account Managers and sales, to ensure accurate processing of sales orders and account-related tasks Communicate regularly with clients to ensure outstanding satisfaction Advise the marketing department on significant opportunities with major clients to support sales efforts Produce regular reports for executive leadership detailing all sales activities Recognize and disseminate valuable insights from key accounts and market trends
