What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic front-of-house and sales team
Drive studio growth through membership sales, renewals, and outreach
Create an unforgettable member experience — every interaction matters
Build local partnerships and lead creative community events
Manage daily operations: scheduling, payroll, and studio standards
Support regional marketing campaigns and in-studio promotions
Lead by example and embody the Orangetheory brand and culture
Who You Are
Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed
Naturally outgoing, confident, and goal-oriented
Skilled in sales, leadership, or customer service (2+ years preferred)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Excited about building community — not just running a gym
