What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation across the entire product ecosystem, including API references, integration guides, user manuals, and compliance resources
Lead documentation work streams for major product releases, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure successful launches
Develop and execute documentation strategies that simplify complex insurance technology concepts for various audiences
Build knowledge management systems and internal documentation to enhance team onboarding and cross‑functional collaboration
Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to identify content gaps and create proactive documentation solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
4+ years of technical writing experience in SaaS environments, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or regulated industries
Experience documenting APIs, developer integrations, and complex technical workflows for diverse audiences
Proficiency with modern documentation platforms (GitBook, Notion, Confluence) and API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, OpenAPI)
Experience with process documentation, including workflow mapping and change management documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading, developing, and optimizing AI‑native workflows for content creation and continuous review
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
