We build and deploy cutting‑edge technology that connects travelers with a global network of 4.7 million hotels and holiday properties worldwide. As a member of the Performance Marketing Team, you will work in a highly data‑driven environment focused on developing at‑scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers.
Responsibilities
Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as SQL or Tableau.
Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Qualifications
4‑6 years of experience in a Data Analyst role within tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).
Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges creatively.
Stakeholder management & communication: ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen.
